Sign Production & Field Specialist
FASTSIGNS of Casselberry / Winter Park is hiring for a full-time Sign Production & Field Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in the "build" and is ready to ensure those products are perfectly placed in the field.

The Role:
You will be the engine of our shop production, while also playing a vital role in getting finished signs and graphics in place—whether in the ground, on a wall, or on a vehicle.
- Production Excellence: Follow layouts to place vinyl or graphics on various substrates. This includes weeding, cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.
- Equipment & Inventory: Operate and maintain our printers while reporting inventory levels to ensure the shop stays stocked.
- Quality Assurance: Perform pre- and post-production checks by accurately reading work orders and proofing for errors.
- Field Support: Collaborate with team members on offsite installations, assessing the environment to ensure the best technique is used.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to assemble, erect, and hang items both inside and out.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of sign production experience preferred.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods (4+ hours), lift 50+ pounds, and work comfortably on ladders.
- Dexterity: Flexibility to lean over tables and use steady hand motions for precise vinyl application.

Safety & Reliability: Must be 18 years of age or older with a clean driving record.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
